We provide contract quotes before starting any project and only carry out work when confirmed by the client in writing e-mail for example.
This ensures that customers are fully aware of all costs in advance.
Ownership: Any items such as domain names, and collateral supplied to us by our client remain their property. Software provided is owned by Al-Misbar, and remains our property and copyright. Third party software remains the property of the manufacturer and is licensed.
Customers who require bespoke software from Al-Misbar and wish to own that software can arrange to purchase or license the software by arrangement.
Depending on your contractual terms all collateral, images, data, will be passed or transferred to a bureau on the basis that all outstanding invoices have been paid. The notice period for cancellation of service will be included in your contract.
Confidentiality: We understand that companies need to ensure that commercial information is not disclosed to third parties. We offer a confidential service which resects the sensitivity of your business.
